Research

Dr. Jozkowski’s research interests broadly include the study of sexuality with an emphasis on promoting positive sexuality and healthy sexual encounters for all. Dr. Jozkowski’s research has been largely dedicated to investigating the ways in which college students communicate and interpret sexual consent and examining alternative approaches to sexual assault prevention education. Her research also focuses on women’s sexual health and sexual functioning including aspects of sexual pleasure, desire and satisfaction.

The Sexual Health Research Lab has several ongoing projects. Currently, we are in the process of collecting data on different studies related to sexual consent and reproductive health.
